I already use booking software. Can I keep it?
Yes. Sổ Tiệm handles walk-in turns, tickets, tips, worker shares and the weekly close — the parts many salons still do on paper. There is no direct booking integration yet, so appointments stay in your current tool.
Do workers pay to see their own tickets, tips and pay?
No. Seeing your own tickets, tips, splits and payouts is always free. Worker Pro only adds tools like Money Guard, receipt scanning and long-term reports.
Can the owner edit a ticket after the week is locked?
A locked week must be reopened with a recorded reason first. Every correction, refund or void requires a reason and stays in the audit history — affected workers see the change.
What if an owner and a worker disagree about a ticket?
The worker raises a private question on that ticket; the owner responds, and both get a record with an evidence manifest. Nobody is automatically marked wrong — every number stays traceable.
Can I import existing data?
Yes. CSV import for services and workers with preview, error checks and a 7-day rollback. Customer and ticket history are not imported yet.
What happens if the connection drops?
The app keeps accepting work on the device and replays it when the connection returns — tickets, turns and clock events are not lost. The sync status is always visible.
Can I export my data if I stop using Sổ Tiệm?
Yes. Export tickets, payouts, expenses and records to CSV anytime, including after cancelling. Your data is never locked in.
Does Owner Pro limit workers or tickets?
No. One price per salon — not per worker, no ticket caps. Only features with real operating costs (receipt scans, storage) carry stated allowances.
Is Sổ Tiệm payroll or accounting software?
No. Sổ Tiệm is a record book: tickets, tips, hours and payouts with clear sources, exported for your accountant. It is not payroll, does not file taxes and does not replace an accountant.
Do I need to install anything? How do I pay?
No install — Sổ Tiệm runs in the browser on phones and computers (an optional PWA icon if you like). Upgrade via secure Stripe Checkout; manage or cancel in Settings.
